This is a strength and muscle based program because these are the two most important metrics for men. The program will suit beginners or advanced trainees alike, so it can get you started on the lifting journey if you’re a beginner or revamp your body and performance if you’re an intermediate or seasoned lifter. I can’t turn you into “Arnie” in 30 days but I will put you on a solid track to build strength and muscle. You probably already know that there are no shortcuts, magic exercises and miracle programs? There is only the path of hard work, consistency and patience. Iron game training, which all men should practice is a marathon not a sprint.

 

30 Day Strict Carnivore Challenge

The carnivore diet is the healthiest way of eating on the planet. This is what we are designed to eat. This is what our ancestors ate for 2 million years. This is how we got here. You can use this way of eating as a 30 day reset, a 90 day reset, or you can eat and live the full carnivore lifestyle going forward and thrive like your hunter gatherer ancestors who routinely lived on average to 120 years old. Like me you will eat nothing but meat salt and water. I’ve eaten this way for over a year as I write this and I’ve cured a so called incurable disease andI totally rebuilt my life in the process.

Life is a battlefield and the right mindset is crucial - first and foremost to deal with life but also to assist you in the fulfilment of your purpose. Philosophy is a balm for life and a great tool that can be used for guidance on how to live. We can learn a lot from the Stoic philosophers of Greece and Rome about the art of living. We all get our Dharma, our position in life that we must operate from. We have no control over this, it is in the hands of fate. But we do have control over our actions, our behaviour and how we play the hand that fate has dealt us. The goal of this mindset coaching is to help you build a Winning Action Orientated Mindset.

  • You must have massive desire to change and be self motivated to do the work that is required. 
     

  • You must be a “take action” type of person or you must be able to follow instructions so we can turn you into one. 
     

  • You must turn up for your training sessions on time and I expect you to hit all of the training sessions regardless of tiredness, niggles or your feelings. I will never push you through injury or severe pain but there is nearly always something that can be done.
     

  • You must have the discipline to reject the vices and stick to a nutrition plan. Critical!
     

  • I will also expect you to complete any assignments I may give you.

     

At this point, it’s either hell yes or hell no!
