Before I became a coach I was a scaffolder in the construction industry. I worked for my dad’s company for many years from 15 years old. Scaffolding was a hard job and it taught me a lot about hard work and I learned a lot about being stoic from old-school scaffolders. But I always knew it wasn’t what I wanted to do with my life.

 

The trouble was I didn’t know what I wanted to do so I didn't make any moves. Then adversity struck and put me through 6 years of hell and it changed the whole course of my life. If you want to know what happened watch my story video.

So as you’ve just saw if you watched the video, I have quite a bit of experience in overcoming adversity. and now I help ambitious men, (and women) dramatically improve their body, their health, their mindset, their income and their life.

 

You may be wondering how I help you improve your income? Well, I don’t teach the ABC’s of business or business strategy. You can find that on Google or in any amount of business books.

 

What I do is help you improve all aspects of “you” through a daily routine of life enhancing habits. In short I make you more resilient because this is the main factor in becoming successful and fulfilling your purpose. 

 

Because you will fail and be knocked down many times and you will only succeed if you keep getting back up. That’s why resilience is key.

THE RESILIENCE FACTOR

Resilience is the ability to “bounce back” after encountering difficulty or “the ability to weather adversity.”

 

But it doesn’t mean being immune to adversity. In fact a resilient person may be affected by a traumatic event and get psychological symptoms like depression, anxiety and become distrustful of everything. 

 

But it does mean being able to carry on with the important parts of life, in spite of pain, distress or full blown PTSD. Now here’s the good part, a resilient mindset can be built by anyone - including you. 

 

Because resilience can’t grow without stress, trauma and adversity and this a good thing because, who avoids these things in life?

 

But what people do avoid is intentionally putting themselves through controlled stress and adversity and this is what brings growth.

 

You need 3 things in place  to build a foundation for Resilience and this is the focus of our coaching:

Strong Body

We achieve this with 4 strength training sessions per week. The focus of these sessions is strength and muscle. We work in blocks of 12 weeks with a week’s cut at the end of the block.

Ancestral Nutrition

is the carnivore diet. This is the nutritional protocol we use and this is getting back to what our ancestors ate - animal products. We can move you there gradually or you can fully dive in from the start.

Stoic Mindset

Stoicism is an ancient philosophy that shows you how to persevere in the face of adversity. You will develop a stoic attitude by completing daily tasks without fail no matter how you feel.

So I’m sure you can see, this isn’t just about fitness, it’s about total self-improvement. It’s about creating the “who” that can achieve everything you want.

  • You must turn up for your training sessions on time and I expect you to hit all of the training sessions regardless of tiredness, niggles or your feelings. I will never push you through injury or severe pain but there is nearly always something that can be done.
     

  • You must have the discipline to reject the vices and stick to a nutrition plan. Critical!
     

  • I will also expect you to complete any assignments I may give you.

     

At this point, it’s either hell yes or hell no!
